Having an MEL to ensure an aircraft can be dispatched in an airworthy status with discrepancies is a key advantage of an MEL.

Knowledge, training, and understanding how the MEL is applied is crucial to the proper use of the MEL. This training program provides a comprehensive overview and immersive experience so that pilots and maintenance personnel properly implement the MELs use while maximizing its benefit. This two-hour class is typically paired with MEL deliveries (by SRCA) and helps clients better appreciate the importance of the MEL.

SRCA’s MEL training is designed for either MELs developed under either OpSpec DO95 or D195 as appropriate for the client.
