SRCA proposed a contract bid to the Privacy Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) to develop a public-facing agency website that provides information on privacy and civil liberties as it relates to the federal government’s efforts to prevent terrorism. SRCA worked alongside the PCLOB staff through all phases of development to completion, achieving a premier platform that serves as a hub for information on the PCLOB and creates a more user-friendly platform for the PCLOB staff to update and edit website information. The website was developed in accordance with U.S. Government website standards and utilizes the common guidelines found in the United States Web Design System ensuring a flexible, coherent style across all pages within the site.

Additionally, SRCA provides Section 508 compliance support for the site and support documentation as they are distributed to the public. Currently, SRCA is contracted to review, test, and remediate all PDF documentation provided from third-party offices. Since the project, SRCA has remediated several hundred PDF documents for reposting to the public dating as far back as 2013.
