From unorganized chaos to an organized system of aircraft records management, SRCA takes all commercial records and organizes them into a coherent library of records that meet all US Army Aviation Maintenance standards.

Use of slides (approximately 250) and a student handbook combine to immerse the student into the understanding of US Army Forms and Records.

US Army Forms and Records Training is a four-to-eight-hour program (depending on the student group). This training is intended to refresh maintenance personnel and pilots, or provide initial indoctrination to users of the US Army’s Forms and Records system. These are outlined in the DA Pamphlet 738-751, Functional User’s Manual for the Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation. The class addresses all applicable Department of the Army Forms within DA Pam 738-751 to include their interrelationship, how they are completed, and disposition.
