Accident Investigations example

Established by Robert Rendzio in 1993, Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA) has provided aircraft accident investigation support to organizations such as the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Army, and various insurance companies. Over the course of more than 30 years, Robert/Bob Rendzio has evaluated more than over 150 aviation accidents in his investigative career.

Mr. Rendzio is a seasoned aircraft accident investigator and educator on aircraft accident investigations. He has instructed courses at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Training Academy and the University of Southern California. SRCA was contracted to develop the Investigative Outline and investigative Field Handbook currently used in the Transportation and Safety Institute’s (TSI) education programs.
