Checklist Complier Program (CCP)
The Checklist Complier Program (CCP) is a development software tool for organizations that need to develop a multitude of differing checklists and desire for the checklists to be interactive on a computer. The CCP permits the user to construct a limitless number of interactive checklists, each with different sections, parts, and scoring criteria. Our software enables a developer to create a checklist with up to 12 sections and up to 6 named sub-parts. Grading criteria, such as yes-no scoring or subjective scoring like a scale of 0-5 may be established by the developer. Critical no-go questions can be identified and, if answered incorrectly, cause failure. Finally, all questions can be linked to references.

The Checklist Complier Program allows one or more personnel to develop an interactive checklist. For instance, if an organization wanted to develop a checklist with 1,200 questions using ten sections and each having five parts, the CCP permits the division of the questions among a number of contributors who turn their files into a primary developer that simply imports their data. The CCP develops an unlimited number of interactive checklists within an organization. The CCP is sold by user license per checklist developed from the program.
To develop a section, enter a question and enter its name, its abbreviated name, and the manner for grading.
Developing questions is simple. Type in a question, select if it is at the end of a section and add a reference if desired. Spell check is provided as each question is developed.
When the checklist is ready to be compiled, a screen will display all sections addressed and completed in green. Sections not addressed will be red and sections not completed will be yellow.
To finish, select the compile checklist button and the product developed is a complete interactive checklist.
Interactive Checklist
Call it an assessment tool or an evaluation document, in essence they are checklists. These assessment products provide a standardized method to evaluate like areas in different organizations. By doing so, one can compare the same area of interest in different elements or organizations. SRCA’s Interactive Checklist takes the level of checklists one step further. After being developed in the SRCA Checklist Compiler Program, the interactive checklist permits a computer based, paperless evaluation of any element or organization. After an evaluation is completed, the entire checklist along with comment sheets, notes, and graphs can be forwarded as an electronic file or printed as an entire package. All that is required after printing is the signature of the inspector.
After entering the program, adding instructors and other administrative information, the user is taken to a graphical user interface (GUI) and provided a various sections. Using the simple entry tool on the right permits the inspector to apply one of two methods of compliance.
The first method of compliance, as shown on the left, is a simple yes or no. The second method, as illustrated on the right, allows the inspector to provide a subjective evaluation between 0 and 5. These are selected and established in the CCP.
At any time, a comparison can be made between sections or parts in graph format.
Print view can be made and the checklist printed. Note that when notes overfill a cell they are automatically transferred to an addendum page.
Comment sheets are developed on a template that is pre-populated with the inspector’s name, section, part and the related question. Shown below are the template and the printed comment sheet ready for signature.
Taking the technology further, the interactive checklist contains an out briefing function that automatically builds a PowerPoint presentation for an inspection team, reducing the administrative workload.
