SRCA has been tasked to develop and revise numerous Airmen Knowledge Training Handbooks in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These handbooks are a staple to all aviation applicants in the United States and are commonly used throughout the world. SRCA provides updates, revisions, graphics, and formatting developed in an approved format and files acceptable to the FAA and the GPO standards for printing.

 

SRCA provides consulting and technical support services for the development of a viable Aviation Safety Program for Southern California Edison (SCE), a Fortune 200 Company. SRCA provides on-call mishap investigating service support and helps develop their Standardized Training program that has been emulated by other utility helicopter operators. SRCA has developed the SCE Automated Risk Assessment program and is currently working toward delivering a fully functional integrated Dispatch System for their aviation operations.

 

SRCA provides overall management of conducting on-going research and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training, and safety documentation used within Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance Systems (MARSS). This includes managing the MARSS Aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)/Primary Mission Equipment Lists (PMEL) program and perform semiannual program reviews (conferences), software and technical manual revisions, and requires close work with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to ensure all revisions are in accordance with applicable FAA and Government regulatory guidance.

 

Our Risk Assessment program is a user friendly and intuitive program allowing the Los Angeles Police Department to assess their risk on any mission. Used in aircraft risk assessment, this interactive tool permits the matching of pilots to their authorized missions and also provides electronic hazard analysis, allowing users to evaluate constraints when conducting safety assessments.

 

SRCA provides the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) process management products and services that enhance logistics oversight, planning and control.

 

SRCA developed and instructs a rotorcraft accident investigation course currently taught at the National Transportation and Safety Board (NTSB) Training Academy. SRCA teaches the course under a multi-year contract.

 

SRCA is considered an industry expert in the field of education and provides semi-annual instruction in the arena of teaching fundamentals and advanced concepts for rotorcraft accident investigation. The instruction provided spans from investigative basics through advanced concepts encountered in the field of helicopter operations and accidents. SRCA is the only company that teaches a complete investigation course at both the National Transportation and Safety Board (NTSB) and University of Southern California (USC).

 

SRCA is responsible for the preparation and development of various distance learning program catalogs for the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES). For over seven years, via the website www.dantescatalogs.com, SRCA has provided an automated process for institutions to edit and update their information. This site is used worldwide by DoD service members.

 

SRCA designed, authored, developed and delivered an entirely new User’s Manual for their aircraft sensor technology.

 

SRCA provides consulting and technical support services to the Aviation Safety Program (ASP) in evaluating National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) flight organizations. SRCA evaluated the organizations relative to both Federal and commercial contract standards.

 

SRCA provides expert analysis and reconstruction services for aviation accidents related to both pilots and reconstruction expertise.

 

SRCA was contracted to develop non-recurring technical publications in support of Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) integration, to include program and logistic support requirements, documentation, assistance with test, setup, deployment, and training of UH-60 Fleet Management capabilities. SRCA also defined and developed commercial IVHMS technical publications and support to Sikorsky and the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center (CRC).

 

SRCA developed the Checklist Inspection Program, which is a fully integrated, user friendly checklist inspection program that enables personnel to inspect, develop findings, record comments, and compile their results electronically into a centralized database.

 

Program Manager - Aerial Common Sensor - This worldwide civilian/military aviation program enlists SRCA’s expertise in developing handbooks, technical publications, classroom programs and presentations on a routine basis.

 

SRCA provides professional editorial and desktop services to support the Weights and Measures Coordinator with the responsibilities of updating technical documentation for handbooks and meeting publications.
