The Risk Assessment program is a two page program that can be installed on a single PC, Intranet or web based. If a pilot is not authorized to conduct a particular mission, the pilot is prevented from filling out the form. Pilots are interconnected with the type of mission they are allowed to perform. Virtually everything can be edited by going to the password protected administrative menu. Additionally, you can edit not only the main categories, but you can assign what factors relate to each other, as shown on the first page. The program also allows you to enter a value for each item, and they are completely editable.

The second page provides scoring and highlights to correspond to the overall numerical assessment. Should the assessed score achieve a predetermined number (as determined by the administrator) the release can only be made by the manager, a level above the dispatcher. This program is an enormous tool for aviation or any other element that involves risk.
