The Management Planner is designed to provide a pictorial view of major events that occur over a period of time. This easy-to-use planner allows you to simply click on an event and see its detail pages. It also permits users to add, delete, edit, and update the status of events; in addition to providing extensive control over the look of the Management Planner itself through the administration page. Additionally, users can choose to be automatically alerted by email whenever an event changes. An integrated user security model provides maximum flexibility while protecting the integrity of the project.

Main Menu

On the top of the Main Page you will find nine menu items labeled Main, Message Board, Events, View, Reports, Print, Admin, Help and Login. To view any of these items, simply click on the item to view. Some menu items will have multiple dropdown selections to choose from.

Legend

A legend is provided on the top of every page of the Event Planner showing types of events with color-coded buttons that correspond to the color coded time lines in the graphical Gantt chart display. The color-coded buttons displayed beside each category of the legend are hyperlinked. Click on any of these buttons that represent the event type to display time lines on the Main Page for only the events associated with the type that you choose.

Color-coded event titles are displayed throughout the website. All of these titles, when underlined, are hyperlinked. Clicking on any of these links will take you to the events supplemental information detail page, which will display all of the recorded information about that particular event.
