Welcome to the Document Retrieval Program (DRP). DRP enables a user to search for and view program drawings by utilizing an easy-to-use interface. The DRP screen is comprised of a document viewer for displaying documents with added comments and a data grid for displaying detailed information about each drawing and related drawings.

The user interface for DRP is configured to allow maximum screen space of the viewing area while drawing information is displayed in the data grid at the bottom of the screen.

The View Panel, located at the top of the DRP window, allows users to view the document content. Options are available to pan, zoom in, and zoom out on the document.

The view panel screen consists of: 1. Upper Information Bar 2. View Panel 3. Lower Information Bar

The Upper Information Bar of the View Panel contains the Document Number and Document Title that relate to the selected drawing in the Information Panel.

Revision Level, Sheet Number, Primary and Secondary Codes are listed in the Lower Information Bar. Page Number allows you to view multiple-page documents. Arrows are used to view pages incrementally while the drop-down box allows you to go to specific pages. This is particularly helpful when viewing large documents.

The Information Panel, located below the View Panel, contains six components and displays a list of all the drawings in a grid along with search and filter tools.
