Commercial Flight Department Assessments

Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA) provides organization assessments of flight operations that must be conducted in accordance with Part 91, 135, or DoD requirements such as Contractor Flight and Ground Operations (8210-1 and 8210-2) used in unique areas, and those self developed programs. Currently SRCA is on contract to examine aviation elements used by the NOAA to ensure that they are in compliance with both civil (FAA and DOI requirements).

SRCA provides assessments and analysis to organizations that require in-depth examination and assistance in developing programs and products that assist them in becoming more efficient and/or help develop and mature their safety and standardization programs. Such assistance can be based upon organizations that have had undesired mishap experience, or those that simply wish to codify and develop procedures as a reference and standardized tool. SRCA has worked with the United States Army, Southern California Edison and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Sikorsky and many others.

Development of Procedures

SRCA has developed highly specialized procedures to include measurement tools for industry such as flight departments and the Government who employs use of DoD Instruction 8210-1, (95-20/AFI 10-220 and NAVAIRINST 371-1F).
