Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA) has significant experience in investigating aviation related accidents. The President of SRCA, Mr. Robert Rendzio has investigated over 150 accidents including the loss of the Army DH-7 in Columbia, and the Colombian Presidential Helicopter Accident (Bell 412). Other investigations include helicopter accidents involving wire strikes, major component failure and accidents involving shortcomings in human factors. Additionally, Mr. Rendzio has investigated accidents involving dynamic rollover and controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).
