Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA) has developed a myriad of web sites
for both commercial and governmental organizations. Commercial proposals
include Overland Park, In Concrete Design, and the DANTES website developed
specifically for the United States Navy.
SRCA has cut a wide breadth of capability and this unique
posture is in no small part due to our customer base and the highly imaginative
(or sensitive) programs we have been privileged to support.
When it comes to web development, our design and programming
staff work hand-in-hand to conceptualize, create, and distribute your
online information. Whether the project is standard HTML or a complex
online application, SRCA is devoted to making your business transition
to the online world a professional, yet convenient experience. Graphic
layouts of your site are designed using industry standard applications,
such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash. Once samples are
approved, then SRCA programmers will work to build your site using the
most current development tools available.
For web sites and web applications, SRCA uses standards
such as XHTML and CSS to create advanced layouts that are compatible with
standards-compliant web browsers. We test web sites and web applications
with multiple web browsers (such as, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla
Firefox) during development to insure that they are available to the greatest
number of users possible. Additionally, our web-based applications use
modern technologies such as Adobe Flash and Asynchronous Javascript and
XML (AJAX) to achieve responsiveness and interactivity comparable to desktop
applications.
Our web-based applications are designed to be run on Windows-based servers with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) web server software, while our desktop applications are designed to be run on PCs running Windows 2000 or higher.
