Susan Crump is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA) and is responsible for all aspects of the corporation’s financial strategies, processes and operations. With over 20 years of marketing experience in industries ranging from nonprofit and healthcare to commercial construction and information technology, Susan drives the company’s strategic planning through researching current business trends and a constant refinement of corporate goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources.
Bob Rendzio Founder and President
Robert Rendzio, Founder and President of Safety Research Corporation of America (SRCA), has grown the company from a single person entity to one with over 25 employees. In 2012, Robert stepped down from the position of CEO and business partner, Susan Crump, assumed that role. Mr. Rendzio’s expertise is in specialized aviation safety to include support for aerial intelligence operations and technical software. He is an experienced aircraft accident investigator and teaches the subject at the University of Southern California and the National Transportation Safety Board. He holds an advanced degree in Systems Management from the University of Denver and an undergraduate in Safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also President of a Chapter within the International Society of Air Safety Investigators and a support member on an FAA Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC). He is rated in various aircraft, holds an ATP, and flies privately. Robert and Susan collaboratively work on long term strategies that ensure future growth.
